Charleston, SC- City Tour

Charleston, SC City Tour

After arriving at the Charleston, SC visitor center from our half-day tour of the Magnolia Plantation and Gardens with Charleston Tours.  Nadia and I stayed on the bus to continue with the City Tour.  It was about a 90-minute tour.

The city of Charleston is so rich in history and architecture.  You really need more than one day to explore everything.  We really enjoyed the bus tour and Bob, our tour guide was very knowledgeable.

I wish we had more time to spend in Charleston.  I really would have liked to take a boat and walking tour of the City too, but this was the last day of our vacation and we were heading home tomorrow.  There was one last place I needed to visit and time was running out.  I had to see Boone Hall Plantation before we could call it a day.

The only thing that I did not like about Charleston was all the traffic congestion, but that is to be expected in any City. It was kind of hard to get some good pictures from the bus, but here is what I managed to get. – Enjoy! Next stop, Boone Hall Mansion.
