Our Summer Fun at the Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom
The day we visited Disney's Magic Kingdom, it was open 24 hours! We only lasted from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. though.  We were exhausted when we left.  The weather was also 99 degrees that day and it was very crowded, but we still had a magical fun time!

People were dressed in costume and having a lot of fun.  (I did not know we could dress up until we arrived.)  They also had a dance party going on where you could learn some new moves with the Incredibles.
Rapunzel's Tower
This was our first experience visiting the new Fantasy Land.  We entered in by the Haunted Mansion.  The first thing you see is Rapunzel's Tower.  The restroom in this area has to be the most prettiest one I have ever been in.  There are no Rapunzel themed rides, but the area is really nicely decorated.
The Beast's Castle
Next, as you travel along past The Small World ride, you will see the Beast's Castle.  We did not get to eat in the Be Our Guest restaurant, it was too crowded. You would definitely want to make a reservation, if you choose to eat here.
Gaston's Tavern
The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train was open for a sneak peek, but the line was over an hour and no fast pass available.  I'll be back to ride this train.  It looked like a lot of fun.

Next, we headed over to Ariel's Grotto to ride the new ride.  It is a slow moving ride "Under the Sea" with music and scenes from the movie.  It was nice and refreshing.

We really liked what they did with the new Fantasy Land.  It was very pretty.

Like I said before, we were very exhausted by 9:30 p.m.  We were wiped out.  When we went to Epcot the next day, we left at 5 p.m. to go to the pool at the resort.  We would normally be at Epcot til 9:00 p.m.

You can find out more about Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom at their website.

Nadia and I had a fun little get a way.
